I am a Person Centred / Integrative Counsellor which means that together we will focus on your issues and concerns and work towards  your goals.

My role as a Counsellor is not to give advice, but I will listen to you, be non-judgmental and work together to make the positive changes you would like to achieve.

I am also qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which looks at ways to help you change your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.  CBT is a structured, collaborative way of working together to help you make changes and achieve your goals, which means that I use a combination of theories tailored to your needs.
