About Me
I work in private practice in Verwood and Broadstone where I can offer daytime and evening appointments. I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationship difficulties.
As well as my private practice I have experience of working at Cruse Bereavement Care as a Bereavement Support volunteer, working one to one with people who have suffered bereavement. Cruse is a national charity that supports bereaved people. I also have experience in working with adults and young people aged 16 and over with a variety of Mental health problems such as anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues and gambling problems. I have completed training with Gamcare, who are a national charity providing information and support around gambling.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and adhere to their ethical framework. I have monthly clinical supervision which ensures I am working ethically and safely. I am fully insured and attend regular workshops and training to ensure I remain current and up to date in my practice.
